Both. I offer one-to-one leadership coaching, team workshops, and large group training designed to strengthen communication and rebuild connection.
Do you work with people outside the Appalachian region?
Yes. While my roots are in Appalachia, I support leaders and teams across the country through virtual coaching and workshops.
